How do I become an AutomatiCH Partner?

In order to be accepted into the AutomatiCH Partner Program, we first need your application. This will then be checked by an AutomatiCH employee. After the check is completed, we will contact you.

What are the requirements to become an AutomatiCH™ Partner?

As an authorized AutomatiCH partner you will take over the realization of automation and control projects of all kinds – from consulting and planning to realization and after-sales service, thus ensuring satisfied customers. These additional services in the context of the sale to the end customer are the basis for acceptance into our partner program.
In the interest of our end customers, we strive for strong partnerships. Please note the following additional requirements which depend on the company’s purpose.

Electricians

As an electrician, you will be able to enjoy the full benefits of the AutomatiCH Partner program. Be sure to take a look at our partner’s program to hit the ground running.

Smart Home / Automation Installers

If you are already an established smart home or automation installation business, we would welcome your application to join the AutomatiCH Partner program. Upon acceptance to the program, you will immediately be able to enjoy the benefits of the AutomatiCH Partner program. Be sure to take a look at our partner’s training program to hit the ground running.

Heating Engineers

In order to join the AutomatiCH Partner program, you must currently install heating solutions for your customers. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate heating control as an established aspect of your business. Following a review by AutomatiCH, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the AutomatiCH Partner program.

Architects & Interior Designers

As an architect or interior designer, you will need to demonstrate your establishment in the home automation industry, including your direct relationship to the end customer through the consulting and planning stages, the installation and aftercare support, and follow-up. This must be clearly visible on your website. Following a review by AutomatiCH, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the AutomatiCH Partner program.

What exactly is a Welcome Package?

We have put together three difference Welcome Package offers to get started as an AutomatiCH Partner. Each qualifying company will be able to purchase one of these Welcome Packages for a special price. These Welcome Packages serve as fantastic kits to be introduced to the AutomatiCH product range and the immense capabilities of the solution as a whole. Purchasing one of these Welcome Packages forms the basis of the Partner Program.

How long is the Partner status valid for?

Recertification is only necessary for Silver Partner status, and above.

After attaining Silver, Gold, or Platinum Partner status, you have 12 months to requalify for it. The necessary requirements are:

Silver Partner: Attend an annual training*

Gold & Platinum Partner: Attendance of an annual training course and corresponding minimum turnover

*International Partners have different training requirements. Please speak with your personal contact person for more information or refer to the Partner Program requirements table.

If you have achieved the stated goals in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified AutomatiCH Partner for another 12 months. If the stated goals are not reached, you will be assigned the respective partner status, depending on the fulfilled requirements as of the effective recertification date.

How can I become a Flagship Partner?

Being a Flagship is not an automatic tier on the Partner Program. You can find out more once you become a Partner by speaking with your Partner Coach.

Are there any other requirements to being am AutomatiCH Partner?

We are here to support our AutomatiCH Partners wherever possible and want to encourage the growth of the home and building automation industry as a professional body. To encourage professional business conduct and fair relationships, we have published a set of Partner Guidelines that all Partners must agree to and abide by. After submitting your order to us, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When your order is shipped you will receive an invoice and a UPS tracking number so that you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
